Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Voima collects, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have when using our website, mobile app, and account features.

Effective date: March 23, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through Voima's website, account flows, waitlist forms, and related web or mobile product features. Your use of Voima is also governed by our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • account details such as your name, email address, and encrypted authentication credentials,
  • purchase and subscription details such as product identifiers, store environment, entitlement status, transaction or renewal metadata, and related billing support context,
  • profile, fitness, and training data such as your username, bio, goals, fitness level, body measurements you choose to provide, workouts, programs, exercise history, and related usage within the product,
  • communications you send to us, including waitlist submissions, support requests, bug reports, privacy requests, and account-related requests,
  • technical and device information such as browser type, device and app diagnostics, network status, cookie and session identifiers, route or feature usage, and interaction data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage your account,
  • send transactional account messages such as password-reset emails and account-support follow-ups,
  • deliver workout planning, training tracking, and related product functionality,
  • process purchases, restores, entitlement sync, and subscription lifecycle events for paid features,
  • store and sync your preferences, session state, and app data across supported experiences,
  • maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug operational issues,
  • review and respond to contact requests, bug reports, privacy requests, and account deletion requests,
  • communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support matters,
  • analyze product usage and improve the service.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers and platforms that help us run Voima, including providers for infrastructure, transactional email delivery, subscription infrastructure, app-store billing, analytics, website measurement, and support workflows. We may also disclose information if needed to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect users, the service, or the public.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Voima may use cookies, secure device storage, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, preserve app cache, understand site traffic, and support core product behavior. These technologies may include authentication cookies, session identifiers, analytics tags, secure credential storage, browser storage, and on-device app data caches. If you block some of these technologies, portions of the service may not function correctly.

6. Analytics and product measurement

We use analytics and measurement tooling to understand how Voima is used, diagnose issues, and improve product decisions. On the website, this may include page and route measurement. Within Voima's application flows, we may also generate server-side product analytics events when users sign in, reset credentials, use workout or program features, manage subscriptions, submit support requests, or join the waitlist.

Depending on the event, analytics data may include internal account or session identifiers, timestamps, route or mutation names, device or browser context, and limited usage metadata. Our current server-side product analytics are designed to use internal IDs rather than email address as the primary identifier.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, how it is used, and whether the account remains active.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to some processing or request a copy of your information. We will handle applicable requests in accordance with the laws that apply to you.

You can update some account information directly in the product. You can also use the in-app Delete Account flow for account removal, or submit a request through Contact Support if you need help with deletion, access, correction, export, or another privacy-related request.

10. Children's privacy

Voima is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.

If the laws where you live require parental or guardian consent for older minors, do not use Voima unless that consent has been provided.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.

12. Contact

If you have privacy questions or want to make a request related to your personal information, visit the Support page on the Voima website, email support@voimapp.com, or use the Contact Support flow available in the product. Include enough detail for us to verify and process your request.
